The Feusi's Own is a collection of marinades and a barbecue/dipping sauce. The marinades started with an original marinade used by the Feusi family back in the late 1950's. After years of hearing "You should maket this stuff." from friends and family, Tom Feusi started doing just that in 1990. Besides being excellent marinades for Beef, Pork, Poultry Lamb and Fish, they are also wonderful when used in place of wine in stews and crock pots. Or, use them when roasting most any meat.
