The Sadeg Ranch is located in a prime olive growing region on the edge of the northern Sacramento Valley near the town of Palermo. The trees were planted in 1916 on their 180 acre ranch. All the olives used in Sadeg Organic Olive Oils are grown on the ranch which has been under organic cultivation for over 10 years.

The Sadegs harvest at the peak of ripeness and then crush the olives within 24 hours using the Italian continuous decanter method. This is a state of the art cold extraction method of crushing olives. The Extra Virgin olive oil is then placed into drums to be racked for several months to settle into its natural true flavor. All of Sadeg Organic olive oils are bottled and labeled by hand at the Sadeg Ranch without the blending of varieties. Thus, you are provide with the true taste of the olives.
