As anyone who enjoys fine ales knows, Sierra Nevada Brewing
Company has earned the reputation of serving the finest made
in the United States. This same excellence can also be found
in the fine line of mustards it is now known for. All of these
mustards are made using the stoneground process where the ingredients
are not cooked. Instead, they are blended by milling stones in
the traditional style. And yes, they all have their respective
ales as an ingredient
Pale Ale Mustard - This mustard is a blend of
heat and sweetness homogenized by the milling wheel. This is
the least spicy of the three mustards from Sierra Nevada.
Porter Mustard - This spicy brown mustard
is a Dijon style mustard. The white wine of a traditional Dijon
mustard is replaced by Sierra Nevada's Porter.
Stout Mustard - If you like hot mustards
this is the one for you. This one is a coarse ground German style
mustard.
