When you need Black or English Walnuts for your favorite recipe,

demand. Our walnuts are stored in refrigeration and from the
most recent harvest to guarantee that you get the highest quality
produce possible, year around. The English walnuts that we have
in stock are fresh, large and almost entirely half meats. They
are exactly what you will want for those luscious desserts that
call for perfect nuts.
Black Walnuts: California black walnuts are not available
to us this year. The black walnuts we now have are Eastern Black
Walnuts.
English Walnut Light Halves: These English walnuts
are of a variety that is soft shelled and cracks out to yield
meats that are beautiful halves. They are perfect making for
candied walnuts or as meat to be eaten just as they are.
English Walnut Light and Dark Broken Meats: Our broken
meats are from a mixture of the lighter and darker varieties
of English walnuts. The darker varieties tend to be richer in
flavor and are often preferred by bakers. If you are looking
for English walnuts to be chopped and included in baking or other
recipes these are the walnuts we recommend.
