Black Truffle Oil: From the forest, Black Truffles
oil is a finishing oil designed to be used without heating. Only
drops of this grapeseed oil infused with Black Truffle oil are
needed over antipasto, gnocchi risotto, carpaccio, or in feather
light sauces. Evocative, reminiscent, divine; dare to use it
in your pesto.
White Truffle Oil: Like the Black Truffle oil,
White Truffle oil (magnatum pica) is a finishing oil designed
to be used without heating. Use it as you would the Black Truffle
infused grapeseed oil but expect it to have a slightly little
less intense earthiness.
