These Estate grown oils are from an 80 year old orchard that
has been under organic farming by the Sadeg family since the
1980's. All Sadeg olive oils are 100% extra virgin from ripe
olives that have been freshly harvested and then cold pressed.
These wonderfully fragrant oils display their varietal character
and are shipped to you from the most resent harvest to ensure
that you are using the freshest California olive oil available.
* The 64 fl.oz oils are an excellent value but are currently
special order items. They may delay shipment of your order by
several days. We suggest you e-mail us so that we can verify
the availability from the Sadeg family. Also, since these oils
are true to their varieties, and thus unique in character, you
may wish to order a smaller quantity of each before selecting
one of the larger packages.
